Philippines – Growth Lead [Description] Responsibilities: Craft the right market entry strategy Determine the right niche to play given the company strengths and weaknesses, local customer needs, products that are needed and competitive landscape Close the right customers to drive 30% month on month growth Source, cultivate and close the right first customers for the company growth Build the pipeline to maintain that growth steadily over 3 years Build relationships (financial partners and regulators) Find how company best enter the market given local nuances with the right relationships with the relevant landscape Set up relationships necessary to win in short and long run Define the right product – “make something people want” Figure out what the customers need and build for that Recruit a team to support your growth Build a team that supports the growth metrics you’re hitting Coach that team to be able to continue driving the company growth targets Requirements: Have at least 3 years of top-tier business experience with proven management wins at a top tier consulting, banking, private equity fund, or fast-growing start-up You have managed teams that have produced mission-critical products You’re willing to work harder than most and humble enough to learn from people much younger than you You thrive on autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself Bonus points if you’ve worked in payments or banking, especially if you understand how core banking systems are run [Country] Philippines [Company] Payment infrastructure [Salary] Up to US$10,000 [Working Hours] Full-Time [Contract] Permanent [Categories] Private Equity & Venture Capital [Industries] null…
