STRADCOM Corporation – Metro Manila – Customer Care Associate Stradcom Corporation Quezon City, Metro Manila Full timetasks and Job responsibilities: » Receives technical problems, concerns, and issued from external and internal clients via telephone, e-mail or chat; » Evaluates and isolates the problems and provides the client with a first level solution. » Entertains and provides answers to queries from the general public regarding client services and procedures; » Logs calls in the call tracking and management system and ensures that problems received from clients and sites are acted upon and resolved accurately and in a timely manner; » Meets or exceeds performance and operational efficiency by getting the Average Handled Calls, which refers to the volume of work that a Customer Care Associate produces for a particular period of time against the team's productivity; » Consolidates all calls received, identifies most common problems and provides the information to the Customer Care managers; » Generates and prepares reports required by Customer Care Manager; » Provides information and support services to clients, with the guidance of the Customer Care manager; » Provides data and information and support to project-related activities such as migration and maintenance services and attends project meetings as scheduled; » Receives and monitors outstanding incidents and ensures that updates are entered into the Help Desk softwareAppropriate qualifications: » A graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management or any IT-related course » At least one year of significant practice; » Computer literate particularly in Windows and MS Office & SQL; » Analytical and problem-solving expertise; » Strong phone contact handling expertise and active listening; » capability to adapt or respond to different types of client; » capability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
